The lower priced homes under $250k are in high demand and if priced right and in good condition will often have multiple offers on them and will sell for full appraisal value or maybe a little below. Homes in the higher price ranges are experiencing a slowdown and in some neighborhoods price corrections.As prices continue to rise, less REO's (foreclosures) and Short Sales are available. I received this update on this issue from one of our hard money lenders today and thought I would share it with our readers.
