Statistics were given at Coldwell Banker's Miami-Dade sales meeting on January 13, 2009. We heard from Clark Toole, COO of Coldwell Banker. He was an enthusiastic speaker and believes that Coldwell Banker is becoming a consumer concentric company, which is the new way of communicating. It's that new buzz word for real estate...transparency. Focus on the consumer.
