Spring definitely has made a difference in our real estate market in Marion, Ar. We see a lot of activities in March, houses are being shown, phones are ringing more, serious buyers are out to buy the house they want while the interest rate is still low right now. In March, we have 11 houses pending on the market, and only 1 of them is a foreclosure. It is great news that your house is sold in today's market and economy. I am happy for you, too! Before you can get the check at closing or move on to your next plan, you have a few things to do as a seller. It doesn't matter you are a seasoned seller with experience, or first time seller and get ready to buy your second home. This list applies to all sellers in a typical transaction.
