Friends of A1A Scenic and Histroic Byway do it again, beautifying St. Augustine Beach.  Newly planted palm trees give A1A a face lift.  We will soon be seeing additional landsscaping and sod which are part of the $535,000 project.  The funding comes from the State, local and Federal levels.  A1A is a National Scenic Byway, one of only six in the State of Florida.

Watson Realty Corp agents from the St. Augustine Beach office participated in the month's final St. Augustine Clean-up on Saturday February 27, 2010.  Agents from the St. Augustine Beach Office, and their families, braved the frigid temperatures and rainy weather to help keep our beaches beautiful.  Check out the photo...looks like snow and it sure felt cold enough for a few flurries.
As part of the Watson Cares Initiative to give back to the community, agents from my office met at the Dondanville beach ramp, and were given gloves, trash bags and equipment for trash pick-up.  Cigarette butts, cans, Styrofoam, balloons … (0 comments)
