We are in for some bumpy, unusual times ahead. I don't think any of us would argue the point. To end not only September, but also the 3rd quarter 2022 thought I would maybe address that with this weeks Sandpoint Realty 'Monday Motivation' as well as Sandpoint Realty 'Thursday Thought'. Hope these help, even if a little. We hear it expressed in many different ways but I found this particular one rather inspiring.

north idaho land: Idaho Number 1 in Equity Gain Past Year

Core Logic shows Idaho as having the largest equity gain across the United States over the past year. And it is at no small amount either, $71,000. Just as encouraging is no state was found with zero equity gain, or loss.

north idaho land: North Idaho Vacant Land for Sale - 40 Acres with Creek and Views

When recently viewing a 40 acre parcel, I was reminded to take a moment before making decisions and judgements. Knowing the Naples Idaho area of this parcel I put no store in the fact a creek was mentioned by the seller. Steep rough terrain in the area. Views? Only with the highest of points of the parcels in the area.
Once there and walking the Naples Idaho property, with the seller, I realized the serious mistake I could have made if I had been unwilling to look in person. I immediately was thankful I took the time … (11 comments)
This weeks Sandpoint Friday Flag is one of the special settings I really appreciate seeing our USA flag shown. While on a listing appointment for 40 acres of vacant land we drove by this flag flying at the entrance to another large acre parcel in Sandpoint Idaho.
Obviously this is not a high traffic area and Ole Glory flown more for the benefit of the owner than anyone else. Thank you Naples Idaho resident for proudly flying our USA Flag.
