Don't you just hate going to a party and acting like you don't eat? Well no more. Let it rip and here are some tips to make it even more enjoyable. So without further ado... for all us partiers 1- Avoid carrot sticks. Anyone who puts carrots on a holiday buffet table knows nothing of the Christmas spirit. In fact, if you see carrots, leave immediately. Go next door, where they're serving rum balls. 2- Drink as much eggnog as you can- And quickly. It's rare. I have been working with out of town buyers this week and as you well know most days are quite long and intense. These Buyers came into town under the assumption that they wanted to rent but after the first day of looking around I was able to show them that buying made a lot more sense. After all we are in a Buyers Market, the inventory is huge and they were well qualified so what the hey. Let's go for it.
