Out of curiosity I did a search to see how many homeowners are willing to offer owner financing towards the purchase of their waterfront condos in Miami-Dade County. The number is approximately 61 homeowners. The prices of these condos range from over $4 million for a 2/2 on Fisher Island to a cabana on Miami Beach for $58,900. Of the 61, 6 are over $1 million; 14 are more than $500,000; and 25 are under $200,000. The deals offered range from interest only financing at good rates to owner will "entertain" owner financing.
