I have had the privilege of doing a couple short sales before and now I have the opportunity to finish another one up in Random Lake, WI. The lady I am helping has taken a couple of bad steps, but now just needs help picking up and moving on. She got into this predicament by giving her kids (in their 20's) everything they wanted and taking out a second mortgage in the process. So I have only been a real estate agent for a year now. It has been somewhat slow, but thanks to two great investor clients I made it through. That is what I tell myself at about 1pm most days! I find myself not only reading as much information regarding real estate, marketing, and RE techniques as I can. But, it is not all time wasted. I think I have found the niche I would like to specialize in. Yet there is sooooo much more about REOs,BPOs, short sales and investors that I would like to learn.
