I wonder if the end is near. We see election after election only those candidates on the very far right...or very far left be put forward for President. Those candidates who may not agree with all the party stated issues (I will use Rudy Gulliani as an example...he leans pro-choice in a pro-life party) gets beat up from his own party as well as the democrats. Do we really have choice...if any candidate who is in the middle gets hammered by all sides we will never have a President who is in the middle (the place most Americans are). Did Roger Clemens Cheat? Did Barry Bonds Cheat? Of course they did. We choose not to. How awful is it that people we look up to...those who have the ability to play a game a make a ton of money doing it...are so vain they need to artificially pump themselves up so they can do it even longer or better. Someone needs to explain to me why NBC and its affiliates hate Realtors, Real Estate, and Republicans? It is hard for me to understand why they need to lead segments with negative headlines like...what you need to know to sell your home...and why your real estate agent wont tell you. It never ceases to amaze us how many free lunches and dinners we are offered as Realtors. Every new development invites us for a free meal and prizes. We have invites every day to broker open houses with free lunches offered as enticement. We are offered lunch tickets to bring our clients by new homes. Based on all the free food we are offered we need to go to the gym three times a week just to keep are heads...and weight above water and below maximum density! It appears that Hurricane Dean is Heading to the Western Gulf Coast...between Northern Mexico and Southern Texas. This could be a category 4 or 5 Hurricane so if you intend to visit the area you may want to check with your airline or even reschedule your trip. a great site for checking out the situation is http://www.wunderground.com/ this site has great maps and displays.
