Say goodbye to Scotty's Landing! Developers have been proposing a Coconut Grove waterfront project for several years and finally on November 5th voters approved a waterfront plan, which will lead to the demolishing of Scotty's Landing. According to the Miami Herald the vote allows the Grove Bay Investment Group to sign a 50-year lease with the city for the sites of the Chart House and Scotty's Landing restaurants and the Grove Key Marina.
