Scott's Place Wellington FL: My Brick Paver is Done!!! Scott's Place is the newest children's park in Wellington FL and my family was fortunate enough to take part in this community build held in January. The Village of Wellington had numerous items throughout the park that could be personalized if you donated the stated amount for that particular item.
My family chose to have a brick paver engraved, the cost was only $50 and the money was put towards the Scott's Place community build. So not only did the money go towards a good cause, but my family gets to … (1 comments)
Today, March 1, 2010, was the Grand Opening for Scott's Place the newest park in Wellington FL. However unlike other parks throughout Wellington FL this one is a barrier-free playground for children of every ability.
Scott's Place has been a time long dream of Del and Barbara Williamson in honor of their son Scott, who they lost to cerebral palsy.
Without the Williamson's generous donation of $250,000 Scott's Place would not have been possible and after two years in the making they saw their dream come true today. … (8 comments)

If you missed participating in the community build of Scott's Place there is still time to be part of it for life. The Village of Wellington FL is offering you an opportunity to leave your mark on Scott's Place for life by sponsoring a Personalized Brick Paver, which will be used to create the pathway leading to the "Reading Corner."

Scott's Place Wellington FL Community Build Today was the last day of the Wellington FL community build for Scott's Place, which will be the newest park in Wellington FL.
