Do you understand all the Real Estate Lingo?This evening my husband checked the mail and saw a Realtor Postcard with recent neighborhood sales: Property Address, Size Description, List Price, Sale Price & DOM.My husband asked me "What is DOM?" What, you're married to a Real Estate agent and you don't know what that means? Even though pets don't come with the sale of a home they do impact a buyer's opinion. There is nothing worse than a fur ball tumbling by when you're showing a home. Unless the seller has a pet that doesn't shed I think it's almost inevitable that there will be furvidence (fur evidence) somewhere in the house. I am the proud owner of a beefcake Pug who sheds A LOT. Even though he has short fur and I shave him regularly, he still sheds A LOT.
