Breezeway in Franklin, TN is a new community on the east side of Franklin. Houses are selling well there. They have sold about 12 houses in the last 3 months. Drees is the builder. Prices start in the $380's and go into the $600's. Very nice homes with lots of options to choose from. Drees is a semi-custom builder that offers many modifications to their choices of floor plans. The neighborhood is considered a historic district because of the Historical Herbert House, built in 1830.
