For the past few months, my second home has been the beautiful Sales Center at Franklin Chase. Located in Lincoln University, Pa at 204 Betsy Ross Lane, I have acquired a fondness for this beautiful home. Finding a foreclosure is not as easy as just searching through the MLS. Foreclosures can be tricky. Some foreclosures, are just ordinary homes that have been left vacant because their owners have fell on hard times and lost their homes. Other may have underlying issues.
