Yesterday, at the settlement of the previous Sales Center, for the Franklin Chase Community, there was chit chat among the agents, buyers, and sellers. Chit chat is normal at the closing table, if you are lucky, everyone is happy that this date as finally arrived. I am the Sales Manager for the Community of Franklin Chase. Franklin Chase is located in Chester County, Pa. in Lincoln University, in a very convenient location.
