This week in Chicagoland there is a very exciting 2 day event taking place, The Green Built Home Tour. Its purpose is to showcase sustainable design & construction in home-building & remodeling across Illinois.  While I am sad to say that I was unable to attend this year, I nonetheless am going to speard the word & attempt to encourage people to volunteer or attend this annual event.
