Lately, I have been hearing a lot about an incentive that Chase Bank is offering to homeowners to sell their home as a Short Sale. Some people are saying it's up to 30,000, some are saying it's up to 25,000, and I was not sure if the Chase Short Sale incentive was a rumor or that it was actually being offered to homeowners -- a little too good to be true.

Yesterday was a beautiful day in Naperville, we finally had sun after a few days of rain. It's amazing how seeing the sun can make a difference in one's mood. It started like any normal day, I grabbed my tea and started to check my emails. I noticed that I had an email from an agent asking for the access code to one of my short sale listings. The lender is Bank of America and I was thrilled that the BPO was ordered so soon, considering my short sale listing went under contract June 3rd.
