Spring came early to New Hampshire and with spring came good news for the New Hampshire Real Estate Market. Peter Francese, a respected demographer for the state of New Hampshire, reports it is time for New Hampshire to celebrate! Home sales in New Hampshire are up 13% while condominium sales are up 30%.
