If you thinking of renting and have a 620 plus credit score, think again. I am currently working with buyers that didnt think they qualified for a mortgage. Usually the amount you need to rent (1 month rent and 1 1/2 month security) is the amount you need to purchase a home that you will own and build equity. Dont give up yet.
