raincamp: Can anyone please tell me what raincamp is? "I am a newbie"

I keep reading blogs and seeing titles that say raincamp, what is this? I asume it is a gathering of activerain members, but what do they do when they get together? Why is it called raincamp? I am sorry if I don't know what raincamp is and I will have to ask my husband when he comes home from work.
