Last night, in the comments of a blog, Kristal Kraft was talking about how most of our posts are directed toward our own industry. With few exceptions, most of the blogs here are written by real estate professionals FOR real estate professionals. The blogs that are written for consumers are in the minority, and usually go without discussion, for obvious reasons. I think our Realtor-to-Realtor modus operandi was actually the criticism that Joel Burslem of The Future of Real Estate Marketing waged when he wrote his updated review of AR about a month ago. This morning I was musing about what is making AR so wildly successful. I’ve been blogging for a couple of years (3 to be exact), and try to maintain a blog about Birmingham and the Oakland County real estate market. But in the last few months I’ve found it challenging to post much. I tell myself that I have been busy selling houses, but I know that is an excuse.
