Do you want to be a better real estate agent? If you answered yes, then attend this seminar and it does not matter where in the country you are. I have done seminars for real estate agents for 18 years now. My first seminar was June 16th, 2004. I have done them throughout Ohio, Florida and California. When Covid hit, I took the show online which then brought about an entirely new audience who could see my seminars without having to attend in person (I generally get 200 to 400 people for each webinar on Zoom). education: My first video upload!! Baby steps...

I have over 400 videos on my YouTube page and for the last few years, I have been trying to figure out how to upload them to AR and finally figured out where to find the answer (with a little help from my friends (thank you Kat and others)). I cannot say this is going to be perfect, but this is my first post and let's see if it works!!
It takes 3 things to qualify for a mortgage -- credit, income and money. This video is step 1 -- credit.
