PRICES are hitting the floor. I forsee another two years of falling prices, or a year at the least. The fact of the matter is, homes are CURRENTLY very affordable in certain areas (as little as HALF of their 2005 values!) The deals are out there. The weather is getting colder, and as fewer and fewer buyers are hunting the housing market, the numbers of anxious sellers grow rapidly. … (0 comments)
