We have been selling houses at a rapid rate for the last few weeks. If you are a serious seller in the Manatee or Sarasota area please contact me. You must be the seller or direct to the seller. No Daisy chains! Medical Facilities - Any Type including; Hospitals Nursing Homes Assisted Living Centers Dialysis Centers & Many Others There is no minimum and no maximum and they can even purchase properties in the billion dollar range. Need to be Off Market and Never Listed as the buyers have already seen everything that has been listed and posted all over the internet. We would like to see the Price, Cap Rate, Sq.
