Interested buying group seeking good quality and location hotels with decent cap rate with management team in place. They are looking for established businesses that are not distressed. We need casino/resort/hotels URGENTLY for proofed up buyers! Our order of preference is:- Las Vegas NV Atlantic City NJ Biloxi MS Reno NV Other locations would be considered but we are mainly looking for MAINLAND U.S. properties. We will require proof that the property is for sale and is deliverable.
