Said I would include some of my bakery weaknesses from time to time. Here is a great place to get a cake donut with chocolate icing - my favorite. The donut is moist with the batter having a slight sweet flavor, unlike the cardboard taste available at some of the chain bakeries. Stop by Donut Day - 18295 Tualatin Valley Highway in Beaverton.
