Mesa Del Sol residential community is temporarily on hold. Mesa Del Sol is a collaborative project developed by Forest City Covington, NM, LLC that is partnering with the University of New Mexico and the New Mexico State Land Office. It is also supported by the State of New Mexico and the City of Albuquerque. This awe-inspiring 20 square mile community is projected to contain approximately 37,500 homes that were planned to be built throughout the next 35 to 50 years.
