On December 12, 2011 at 10:00am Enfield celebrated the opening of Enfield's First Dog Park! The Enfield Dog Park Action Committee raised money to construct the park from a number of fundraising events over the past four years. USA Hauling & Recycling came on board as a corporate sponsor, donating $12,500 to the project. The Park is open daily from 7am to dusk. There is a fenced in side for small dogs. Boy, don't we all wish we had the answers! Everyday we hear more and more doom and gloom. Before I left the office today, I read an alert on line that 35,000 folks are being laid off between Jan 09 through the next three years from Bank of America. BUT, as I read & experienced, we must hit bottom before we can climb again....and I believe we are just about at thatbottoming out point.
