Below is the Ozark MO Real Estate Market Report for March 2016.  Homes priced between $150-200K have experienced a tremendous surge in sales, resulting in an extremely low inventory of homes in that price range.  Home sales have picked up in every price bracket with the exception of the $300-349K bracket which is essentially unchanged.  Supply and demand are quickly creating increasing home values for homes priced under $200,000!

Below is the Republic MO Real Estate Market Report for March 2016.  I have never seen such a healthy market for Republic.  Pending home sales are up in every price!  There are more homes under contract than for sale that are priced between $100-200,000.  If you are considering selling your home in Republic, this is definitely the time to do it as it is a strong seller's market.

Below is the Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for February 2016.   Homes sales are strong right now with a healthy number of homes pending in every price bracket.  Overall, sales are consistent with sales in past years, but short-term analytics indicate closings are down slightly from December.  This is most likely due to the low inventory, and buyers having fewer choices.  Homes priced between $50-100K aren't faring as well, making this the only price bracket to qualify as a "buyer's market."
