Sue and I have moved to a new office with EXIT 1st Class Realty! We are so pleased and excited; already our production is better and easier. Finally, a company that asks..."How can we help YOU?" They are constantly training, sharing ideas, and including more tools in the EXIT arsonal to put you at peak performance. I only wish we had moved sooner... This is an AMAZING program that will give buyers what they need in closing costs, out of pocket expenses(ie...home inspection) and actually might have something left over for them to leave the closing table with. This is how it works... you ask the seller for 6% of sales price in the offer. If the seller is agreeable, the money is put in this fund as a gift to the new buyer. They can use it toward closing costs, out of pocket buyer expenses... etc. The money left over is given to the buyer as well. Incredible for marketing to … (5 comments)
