FINALLY! The Pineda extension is open! The 1.9 mile stretch of road that now connects I-95 to the beach will surely assist in shorter commutes, better hurricane evacuation and best of all...get people off Wickham road! The extension project began in April of 2008 and opened shortly before noon on Monday May 2nd, 2011. The trip from I-95 to the beach side is now only minutes. The extension runs alongside the Grand Haven subdivision, Brisbane Isle and Brisbane Point... Why paying a discounted commission is NO bargain... Here I am...again. Sitting across from a lovely couple, explaining (debating) my worth to them as a specialist in my field of expertise...Real Estate Sales. Nothing makes you squirm in your seat more than discussing money, especially having to justify why you are deserving of every last penny they will eventually pay me when I sell their house. Most people only have to address their income once with their employer, during the interview process and negotiate the terms involved.
