The Lake in the Hills Police Department has two certified car seat technicians that can inspect child car seats and properly install, if needed. The technician also shows the parent how to do it properly for future reference. There is no charge for this service. Car Seat Inspections are available by appointment only and are available to Lake in the Hills residents only.
