The lilac's are in full bloom at the Larson residence and around Green county WI.
Just a reminder that if you have Open Houses happening and coming up, don't forget the flowwers for curb appeal and for the interior. Nothing beats the smell of fresh flowers, well except hot apple pie. Wishing you the best spring Open Houses.

curb appeal: What kind of Tree is this? - 05/05/09 03:20 AM
What kind of tree is this? I was driving to a clients home and I saw this beautiful flowering tree. Awesome curb appeal. Too bad I could not take this tree to my clients home. How are your arbor skills?
I was at a hotel this past weekend and watched a show on HGTV about landscaping your home for selling, it was amazing the transformations. The best part was it didn't cost alot to make that all important first imperssion, This is something we should point out to all our clients.

curb appeal: A spring idea for the the homeseller "Curb Appeal" - 04/20/09 04:50 AM

Looking for a way to add instant curb appeal? Add shutters or accent trim
Shutters and trim add a welcoming layer of beauty to your home's exterior. Shutters also control light and ventilation, and provide additional security. Exterior shutters can be made of wood, aluminum, vinyl, composite, or fiberglass. New composite materials, such as PVC resins or polyurethane, make trim details durable and low maintenance. This is an easy weekend project that requires minimal tools and skill, just be careful if you need to 2nd story windows.
