Why did the farmer have to stop making round bales of hay for his cows?

Because the cows weren't getting their 3 square meals a day.

Do you need a Monday morning make-over? How did you greet the the new week? It is amazing what a cup of coffee and a cheerful good morning can can do to change your day. I have seen many blogs about keeping positive in a difficult market. It is true our attitude is one thing we can choose to change. Life will present many challenges how are you going to greet them? 8AM or 9AM

Browntown-Cadiz Springs State Recreation Area Southwest Wisconsin's driftless area is uniquely different from the rest of the state. Here the bogs, marshes and many lakes so characteristic of most of the state are replaced by rolling hills and spring fed valleys streams. The impoundment of one of these streams in Green County has formed two small lakes. The recreational demand that developed around the lakes led in 1970 to the establishment of Cadiz Springs State Park. In 1980, the Browntown Wildlife Area and Cadiz Springs Park were merged into a state recreation area.

I have been asked many good questions by Individuals as well as Realtors to help clarify the up too $8,000 First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit. Here is some good information from the IRS Web site.
 
One main note that I have been asked often:
Purchasing a home from a direct relative does NOT qualify for the tax credit. Relative being defined as
         spouse, parent, grandparent, child or grandchild.  (Step relatives are not considered relatives for this application)
