The photo to the left is of the Harbor Lights Marina and Country Club's new Infinity Pool area in Warwick Neck, RI. Because I have a boat slip there, I can stop in and take a dip whenever I want. The pool was just built last year and in the background you can see the tent for an outdoor wedding overlooking the Narragansett Bay! sell my home: The Internet vs a Professional Realtor?

This post was inspired by a post by Richard Weisser here. My comment was getting way too long, so here it is. The question was about Brokerages phasing out due to the Internet.
I worry more about HGTV than the Internet! The Internet is my best friend. I have made more contacts, advertised homes more successfully and have even had a client find a home to look at that I missed! Realtors do not simply find homes!
