Index shows increase comparing November 2008 to December 2008 DEVON, PA - February 3, 2009 - The Greater Philadelphia region* saw an 8.6 percent increase in December real estate activity moving to an index of 73.2 from the November index of 67.4, according to the Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS® HomExpert Pending Home Sales Index©.
