In Franklin and Delaware counties, 1326 homes sold in March 2010. The average sales price was $157,357 with days on market at 84. This compares to 1070 homes sold in 2009 with the days on market at 104.
This shows another move in the right direction with 20 fewer days average on the market and a nearly $6,000 increase in the average sales price!
