trends: Omaha Area MLS shows pending sales in March up 23.7%

Pending sales in March 2010 were up 23.7 % over March pending sales 2009. For the same period homes that closed were up 7.4%. Overall the first quarter was a good start to the year with pending sales up 17.2% over the first quarter of 2009. Let's hope this trend continues … (0 comments)
