A frozen water pipe burst causing water damage to the entire home while homeowners were away on vacation in Jackson, NJ. The picture shown is of the ceiling that was affected in the kitchen and fell down.
SERVPRO of Jackson/Lacey was called in to clean up the mess and dry out the structure so mold would not eventually grow after the weather got warmer. The temperatures were so cold that the water re-froze and we had to bring in heaters to thaw out the home (there was no electric because the water has cause damage to that too).
