I hope everyone understands how important it is to be able to communicate with your customer in their own language. But most importantly we should be able to understand the language of the country that we are in. It is hard for me to understand some one representing a customer here in the USA and not understanding English. If I went to China to buy Real Estate I would like for the person representing me to understand me but most of all it would be a must for them to be fluent (2 comments)
