price: NEW LISTINGS SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER KEEPING THEIR PRICES REALISTIC

Traditionally most seller believe that their homes sales price versus its list price should differ by about 10%. Consquently, in today's market a home seller should not be using yesterday's market advice. It has been proven that a home that is priced very close to the comparable value will probably fetch a higher price than a home that is "traditinally" priced.
