It's a popular thing to say....when someone is ill, there has been a loss...a job, a relationship. a death in the family.....it's what some people thing they are supposed to say it's the right thing to do....sometimes you have to wonder if people say it to make themselves feel better....it isn't about the recipient.
There is a huge difference between the talkers and the doers. If you were the person...or have been the person who was ill, lost a loved one...had some other sort of hardship or tragedy...what would you like someone to do for you...If it's a … (6 comments)

We were honored to be chosen by Susan and Ann Ploetz to sell the home that belonged to their parents...next door to where my Grandparents had lived. It was a charming cape cod...steps from Lake Michigan....a master bedroom on the first floor...two large bedrooms upstairs...a just the right size backyard with patio....2 car brick garage. The house has the record for the most offers we ever received....on the first day from someone who had a FSBO in Mississippi....and wrote $20,000 under....and a grade school classmate claiming to be a member of my fan club...probably not now...who had contingencies … (2 comments)
