We LOVE real estate ....and as we say...."do it all the hours we can stay awake" ! These days java has been helpful as the days get longer, listings more and more plentiful. Every listing is different...the reason...upsize...downsize..divorce, estate, relocation ...the BIG WHY varies a bunch from listing to listing..that's part of what keeps our life interesting isn't it ? We sure think so ! We believe listing is a team effort...the tasks of the team vary with the properties and people involved.
