Relocation to many agents looks like the easy way to be handed business...whether it is listing or buying...and we sometimes see that this is an area explored by new agents or agents who don't quite understand what may well be expected of them. Instant business...just say WOW...like sitting at the front desk on floor time and waiting for the magnet of buyers and sellers to magically be attracted to your phone...the same is expected as the manager or the relocation department hands out people who are, by necessity, all ready to either buy or sell.
