My motto is "everything works and nothing doesn't" so to capitalize on Internet presence, Google your name in quotes "Sandy Bliven" and see how many web pages you are on, that is how I promote myself. Most agents / or other professionals are on only 1000 - 2000 web pages. I am on 22,000! If you want other's to find you, you have to be everywhere!!
