I was googling a search online this morning and found an article I had written in November 2008 about buyers ‘just looking’ at homes for sale. I had written that the number of homes currently in the Brevard County real estate market was plentiful. Buyers could look at a house multiple times and take their time in making a decision on whether they would make an offer to purchase it.

Melbourne is Centrally Located to Five Cruise Ship Ports
We're so fortunate here in Melbourne on Florida's Space Coast. We are within 3 hours of five different ports to head out on a cruise ship. Port Canaveral is practically in our backyard, just 30 minutes away.
For the past 7 years we have taken a Caribbean Cruise out of four of these ports. We've haven't travelled out of Jacksonville yet. We've enjoyed visiting some incredible destinations including ... Cozumel Mexico, Roatan Honduras, Nassau Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Belize, Virgin Islands, St. Martin and Puerto Rico just to name a few. My favorite destination so far has … (2 comments)

It was a gorgeous weekend in Mt. Dora, Florida. It is such a sleepy little town, situated on the lake,
with such charm and character. What a wonderful place to get away to.
We went to Renningers Antique Fair.
Mt. Dora is located just North of Orlando, about an hour and a half from Melbourne.
