Several years ago at the top of the market, I listed a condo at Privateer and sold it within a week.  Privateer is behind the gates of the highly acclaimed Longboat Key Club.  Although it is a buyer's market, condos on Longboat Key are still priced at premiums above other Sarasota condos.  The on-sight management at Privateer assist out of state residents with every aspect of owning a home away from home.  This management team was helpful and courteous every time I showed my listing at Privateer.
