The lumping of Miami Beach with Miami drives me crazy! Especially when it comes to the buying and selling of Real Estate! Yes, we are in Miami-Dade county but we are not Miami! Miami Beach doesn't have thousands of new condos coming on to the marketplace now and through the next two years. (Our company of agents has sold a lot of those-we look forward to a close!)
