What do you think the effect is on Values to a Condominium that allows dogs over one that does not? With a new condo listing, many of the callers were asking if they allowed dogs. This condo does allow dogs under 30lbs. The calls were a mix of excitement to those angered who had larger dogs and those asking because there was no way they would move into a complex with dogs.

Should children accompany their parents to view homes For Sale? Well recently a buyer agent set up showings with a buyer on one of my listings. The seller required assisted showings so I was there to let them in. In walked the buyer agent, with Mrs Buyer, Mrs Buyer's friend and a child, and another and another and the next thing there was 5 young children standing staring up at me.

If a Seller decides they need or want to stay in the home after closing, what would you tell your Buyer? I just went through this scenario and reading the Active Rain Q and A there seems to be others who experience this scenario as well. the simple premise is the the closing happens and the seller stays.
