When a Buyer asks a Home Owner who is selling there home in the Manchester NH area "Do you want to sell your home or what?" There must be a problem. In this case there sure was, The problem starts with that the Seller doe snot understand what a "Credit to the buyer for Closing Costs and or Pre-paids" means. The Seller is in his 80's and states "he has never had to pay any buyers closing costs in his life" and basically is not going to start now..
